Sylvia Nofsinger is an ACE Personal Trainer and a Certified Pilates Instructor on the Apparatus by the Pilates Certification
Center with Norvell Robinson, Jr.. She is certified in Pilates Mat by Powerhouse Pilates and AFPA.
Her experience is extensive and includes training athletes, working with orthopedic and nerve injury clients, as well
as, working with the general population.
Sylvia works for the Jewish Community Center, The Country Club of Virginia, Anthem and Pilates, Dance & More as a
Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Aqua Instructor.
